GTA 4 complete edition issue

I bought a copy of the PS3 version GTA 4 complete edition from HMV today and I'm having a bit of a problem. Neither The Lost and The Damned or The Ballad of Gay Tony are installing. The normal game itself has installed without any problems.

Any suggestions?

Check your cell phone. They should be available from that menu.

What you mean 'not installing'?Something with the 'setup' stuff or what?Excuse me,I don't actually have the complete edition,but I did face a lot of technical issues with GTA IV and its episodes,so I figured I might help...

I mean The initial installation fails. Doesn't say it or anything, it just stops.

When you start up the game you get to pick if you want to start GTA4, The Lost and The Damned or The Ballad of Gay Tony. WHen you select on it starts to install it to the HDD, for the main game this worked fine but for both the DLC's it stops about halfway and doesn't move.

I would just take it back and explain your problem to the clerks. You could get a refund or an item of equal value.
