GTA 4 Custom Music

I'm kind of tired of listening to the Music that comes on the GTA 4 radio stations.
I've heard that i can add my custom music to it, but i don't know how to.

I've bought the game on Steam. So i didn't get a manual, or anything with it. It's pretty annoying i wanna curse like an insane person right now. *sigh* i hate steam. never ever ever buying a game like GTA on steam again.

So can anyone give me step by step instructions please?
