GTA 4 levitation mods

Hello there!
Do you know something about levitaion mods for GTA 4 [http://www.gtaall.com/gta-4/mods/]?
I'm trying to find it but no avail

I'm pretty sure there was an old GTA4 trainer that I used a long time ago that had this option (as well as a whole host of other nifty things, like spawning any vehicle you like, god mode, no clip, etc etc).

EDIT: Yeah, it was called "Simple Native Trainer"
