They should make a GTA that's as awesome as 4 and as fun as Saints Row II. I liked the more fictional route as opposed to GTA4's attempt at being too real.

bring back side missions
more things to spend money on
have the cars break down ,run outta gas
none of this friends bullshit
maybe have a job
traffic laws ,maybe a speedometer in car
have different weather like maybe snow

there are many more but drop online play and bring back cheats
