GTA online

I have mentioned it here before and was wondering if anyone has played this game. I am that scum of the earth which is a mac user so i am unable to play but there is a multilayer online version of GTA:SA that sounds great but chaotic.

So have you played it? Have you heard more about it? What is it like?

How odd, I have not played it but it seems like an excellent idea.

Hopefully my GTA multiplayer itch will be scratched when GTAIV hits the shelves.

i expect GTAIV will be done much better multi player then just a SA mod that seems like chaos

I've never played GTA online, but I've played co-op Crackdown several times, which is mostly the same thing, I'd imagine, and it rocks.

Same here though It might have been better if there was a higher player limit then two.

i really couldn't play GTA online, just goes against my own gaming morals and rules

Well now you have a higher player limit than two and personally i think no sandbox will match up to GTA. Assassins Creed 2 has possibilities. So this would be better than a multi player Crackdown IMO.
