Not too sure. I found it on Tumblr. I think they're some dance group that wears morph suits with lights attached to em. Looks cool to me so I made it my avatar

Oh, OK. I haven't really played Halo (well, around 20 minutes of the first one but whatever) - I just did a Google image search and it came back with two clans - The Chrome Warriors and Eclipse Clan. Although both used a different colour than red on the logo - respectively, one was blue, the other had black background and yellow thingie inside.

Yeah, mine is currently black and white, the one here has different colors and is spinning. I think it was originally for a clan, but it was not for either of the two that you mentioned.
