Guild Wars 2 Beta update

So just throwing this out there, GW2 is going to have another beta event shortly however, this is just a few hours long and only for one day.

"This 7-hour test event, which runs from 11 AM to 6 PM PDT (-7 GMT) is open to all players who have pre-purchased Guild Wars 2."

For discusion value do you think hosting a "stress test" at a time and day when alot of people wont even be able to log in is even a remotly sensible idea, monday from 11-6 surly most folks are going to be a work then.

Last I checked there are people living in other places of the world than America.

Considering their servers are split on US and EU, and 11AM-6PM works out to 6PM t0 1AM GMT, I'm guessing they're stress testing one side, and using that to check their servers are as efficient and scaled as needed.

EDIT : It's possible they'll do one focused on the US side. Even if they don't, this doesn't count as a beta weekend, so you're not losing out on that.

I will missed about half of that day beta due to work (why did they had to host the beta on the same day I have to do stocks count at work, otherwise I would had played that to its fullest). Well good thing I got work in the afternoon on the next day so I going to play all night until they close the sever.
Also I'm wondering if the next weekend beta is still May 25-27? Sure Anet had not confirm this yet but they did say the beta are usually held every months on the last week of that month (I mean the day beta is rather close to the possible upcoming date).

ArenaNet has said that they will TRY to host beta weekends once a month, that's all. But yes, hopefully it'll happen 25th to 27th. Not even sure they've said it's going to be the last week each month either, but I'm guessing they will so they have their full month to make the game better before trying a new updated build.

As true as that is, I personally focused on PvE during the first BWE and didn't take the time to even try PvP. That's what I'll be doing during the second weekend.

After that, I'll probably hold with the GW2 - wouldn't want to get bored of the game before it actually gets released, right?
