Movies:
Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace and Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones - No matter how much people convince me that they are cinematic catastrophes and no matter how much I tell myself I have accepted that they suck, I still can't really be angry at them. They have been a huge part of my childhood and looking back on how obsessed I was with them, I really can't change opinion, it would be a betrayal of... something, I don't know ^^
I feel your pain on this one
Misc:
Dancing when nobody's around - I don't really need to explain this one do I?
I DO THIS ALL THE TIME
Games: every once and a while me and a couple of old friends get drunk and play starcraft.
Music:I really like classical
Pornorn(lots of porn)
Cartoons: Avatar the last airbender is amazing
Video game romances - It's ridiculous how much emotion I invest in these. Everything from Rinoa to Viconia, I keep feeling like I get more touched by them than I should. Maybe it's because my real life is completely devoid of kind of thin on actual romance, which when I think about it makes it even more embarrassing :-/
This one too![]()

I am a guyTragicHero84 said:Let's talk about guilty pleasures, shall we? I'll go first. Since i'm the OP and all.
Music: we've got Britney Spears and Kylie Minogue. GUILTY. PLEASUREFUL. Catchy as shit. Oh and Lady Gaga, but I don't think there's anything shameful about liking her. Or is there? I'm not cool enough to tell.
Movies: there's The Devil Wears Prada and the Street Fighter movie...and Spice World. Man, this is getting embarrassing.
TV: The Wizards of Waverly Place. 'nuff said. Oh and Ugly Betty, rip.
Games: Final Fantasy X-2 and Britney's Dance Beat. STFU, it was a good game.
Misc: I have Cammy action figures and posters in my room and I'm 26.
Now you go.
But it is sooooooo goodTaipan700 said:Ikkitousen. Anyone who knows what that is knows exactly why its a trashy guilty pleasure.
On which system? What I love about them is how for the most part they're completely different games on each console. Every game has a new version of Hogwarts to explore. I grew up with the PC/GBA/GBC games, now discovering the rest.SarcasminBloom said:The first one was awesome. I grew up with that. I don't think I ever finished it because Peeves scared the hell out of me as a kid.Nouw said:Don't feel bad, the early ones and maybe the later ones were terrific.DaBungalow said:The Harry Potter games. I grew up with them, I can't escape them.
It's a sad, and apparently surprisingly common, situation.Lim3 said:I'm in the same boat, none of my friends would have a clue that i regularly watch anime and read manga.Niagro said:One word: anime.
It's the sort of secret that nobody who I know irl knows - I find it incredibly embarrassing, but I also think that some of the stuff out there is (in a lot of ways) better than/equal to all other media - I mean, I love A Song Of Ice And Fire, but I like Claymore more...
And I think that's what is so mortifying about it, that I can get really into a series and actually care about the characters, while nobody else I know even understands that anime is more than just pokemon and naruto.
Not that I'm going to sacrifice my social dignity to enlighten them any time soon - hell no.
I watched that once by accident.. Freaky shit reallyJonluw said:I have been known to watch and read Kiss x sis.
