As the offical "Band Vocalist" in our Guitar hero band I am a very rare find. Among our friends about 20 of them love Guitar hero, and about 2 of them are willing to sing, and at most on Medium.

I've been singing on Expert for months now and haven't met anyone else who does. So this is a call out to you all like me.

Who else sings in Guitar Hero on expert?

Can't usually do expert. Not that I don't try, I'm just not very good, no matter how hard I try. Depends more on the song.

Despite the fact that I have a traditional hobby as a singer, i find that vocals in Guitar Hero, along with Rock Band, to be rather frustrating to progress through. Due to most rock and pop vocals being either low altos or high tenors, The songs are traditionally irrationally high for the male voice, thus either tearing vocal chords up in the process or singing fal seto. I ussually try to sing the songs atleast an octave down, but once you get to hard on vocals, It forces you to sing in the octave scale built for the song for clarity and acuity. i frankly will keep my singing to chorus, A Capella groups, and Sightreading.

I'm lucky that most of the guys I play Rock Band with I'm also in a real band with so we just get our singer to sing. He usually goes Hard, he can do Expert but it's a bit unforgiving after a few beers.

I sing the odd song on expert, but only the songs I know by heart and sing in the car when driving. For the other songs, you will find me back in medium, probably butchering the tune.

Someone understands! Oh woe is me, me with my irrationally bass voice, the lowest in my choir, woe is it that I struggle to sing songs in Rock Band and Guitar Hero! Woe is me, woe is us!

Well, I don't really see any difference when playing on easy/expert. I find them both pretty easy, and I can't even sing. >.< It works, though, and it's fun to be made fun of by your friends that are too pansy to even try doing it. 8D

Hate singing. Only song that I can do on Expert (or any difficulty, for that matter) is Panic Attack and that's on Rock Band. Oh I'm also good at No Sleep Till Brooklyn.

I can't even sing on easy on Guitar Hero! For some reason, it seems like easy is drastically different in RB then GH. I get all %100 on RB on easy and %80-90 on medium, and for some reason get %60-80 on Easy on GH. I never have understood it.
