Inspired by this thread [http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/read/18.80723]

What do you think is the best guitar (and bass/drum) riff in any rock tune?

For me:
The entire Album Favorite Worst Nightmare by Arctic Monkeys have some of the best bass riffs I have ever heard.
Priestess ears honorable mention for [utl=http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WTieMnn3728]Talk to Her[/url] as well as the rest of the album Hello Master
And last but no least Jimmy Page (Led Zep) for Achilleus Last Stand.

Bolt Thrower are basically the king of riffs. Every single song is just... it's riff after riff after awesome riff. Maniacal.

My favorite riffs are from Painkiller by Judas Priest, Black Ice and Let There Be Rock (both by AC/DC), That Was Just Your Life from Metallica's new album, The Trooper by Iron Maiden, and HammerFall's cover of Child of the Damned.

It's hard not to rock out when those riffs are going.

Hail to Master Page! All - time greatest riff god.
Randy Rhoads did some pretty cool stuff too, like the riff to Crazy Train.

Anyone who says they can pick one is lying. There are too many to name to be able to pick a best.
