God I hate it... I have my list, this is what I am getting. KTHXBYE!

While she wants to try or touch EVERYTHING. No aisle shall be left untouched!!!

So today i tried something new.. I sent her with my credit card thinking that she can't possibly do that much damage. Well, I was half right... she didn't spend a lot of money, but she left the card at the hairdresser that won't open again until Monday..........

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!

I went with two girls at my college before.

And I wanted to end my life. "We just want to try on these jean shorts."
Two. Motherfucking. Hours.

Depends, what are we shopping for?
If it's indeed clothing then she may shop for clothing, but she'll do so alone.

My GF and I have similar tastes and shopping habits so it's actually pretty fun. We're in and out of places pretty quick and really, the only time it gets weird is when she wants something that I can't afford at the moment (most of the time this is done jokingly). As for clothes shopping, most of that is actually done online (for her anyway) which makes it incredibly bearable for me.

Short answer, yeah :3 And I'm probably the only one

The one and only girlfriend I've had was luckily masculine minded and found the idea of owning more than one set of shoes for each purpose insane XD. "Get in get what I want and get out". YAY! Also Scrubs clip for everything ....http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ixr5GSUWwEw. I'm surprised most guys here haven't permanently zoned out : P

Shopping like that should be done with others who like it, not with "real men". Doesnt your gf have any friends who like to go shopping?

P.S. (Addressed to the OP) Please do not make threads that presume that people have significant others. Address the subject in such a way that it covers all possibilities, including people who do not currently have a significant other, or those who have never (and possibly will never) have one.
"Do you like shopping?" and "Do you like shopping WITH the gf/wife/etc." are two very different questions, with two (potentially) very different answers.

I like shopping by myself quite a bit. I pre-plan my purchase and only rarely do I ever get off tack if I see something I really wasn't expecting. I also tend to shop for video games and such a lot more when I'm on my own.

When I was dating someone though, I didn't enjoy shopping with her much. It wasn't bad by any means, but I didn't find it particularly fun walking around and looking in every womans clothing store the mall had available. I also get impatient when a girl can't make a decision between a couple of clothing items that both look good anyway.

It's a different question, and if you don't have a significant other at this time, it's not a question for you. I sense loneliness.

Once I walked into a bookstore with one. She looked at every fucking book and said "oh you would like this one" and then promptly set it down to pick up another. We were there for one hour and she didn't buy a thing! Thank God we had just seen a movie so I got to have SOME fun.

When I was sort of dating a girl, yeah, I did go shopping with her.

We were only together for a few months so we didn't go all the time, but I never really noticed the impatience because I was always just excited to get her back home.

I'm patient when it comes to gettin some (even though I never really came close to getting any).

Yes, I enjoy shopping. I also like to do it myself. I am very picky when buying something, so I basically look around everywhere before I buy something.

I dont like shopping in general, but even less so when I have someone with me. I know what i want/like. I dont need someone handing me more clothes saying "here, you'll love this".

No, no I will not. Ive already seen it,a nd the reason I dont have it in my collection to try on is that I dont like it. and usually the most opinion Id ever need is my mothers to tell me if the colours match, but thats only if its something formal were Id look ridiculous if I was wearing two colours together that shouldnt be.

Though my first gf got me. She knew what i liked, and picked out stuff that I would like and say things like "yes, but you odnt have it in blue, and you said you wanted a blue shirt" or "I know, but these pants pockets are deeper, and I can always sew the rips and holes up".

of course she was the same way, in that she hated when people would say try this or you'll like this. though I got her too, so she didnt mind so much after I picked stuff out.

I am impartial to going. I encourage it even. To give her some hope that I'm getting into... fashion and such.

But although I try my best to act all enthusiastic about that stuff when I'm there, it all fails. I find myself literally unable to concentrate. My mind starts to wander, my legs go stiff, my head excludes what my girlfriend tells me and replaces it with the droning background noise of the shopping mall.

I literally find myself telling myself that I should really try harder to concentrate, but in doing so I am concentrating even less, because i'm telling myself to concentrate!

I enjoy shopping with my wife for 'most' things. The reason is twofold, firstly I can monitor how much she spends, and secondly I can make sure she buys the things I like. There is nothing worse than my wife coming home with a $200 dress that I think looks terrible on her, then not only would I have to tell her she wasted money, but that it doesn't look good. So if I go I walk with her, tell her how it looks (and I am honest about it), whether it makes her look fat, does it match her curves, the colour whether the stitching would break over wear, etc. All this honesty and overseeing her shopping earns me lots of brownie points for later too.

Note: Sure I may look a bit gay to many of you men, but women like it... so go suck an egg.

I actually kind of like shopping, and doing it in good company doesn't make it worse. If the person/partner takes an ungodly amount of time/are indicisive or some stuff like that it can be pretty annoying though.
