Tell them that if they don't stop, you'll report to the police, since what they're doing is illegal.
They're most likely going to stop then.

turn the cops on them. lets see how immature they are when their cellmate is going in the hershey highway. a joke is one thing, a crime being committed frequently is another. better yet, give them a link to a site that has a shitload of viruses and such so their computers are fucked up, or give their user names to 4chan on /b/, promise tits, and wait for the magic to happen.
All that last one would result in is a "We are not your personnel army" comment. I suggest you make sure they don't have a keylogger on your comp, and when you are sure, delete and remake with new password and e-mail (which has it's own NEW password that is different from the FB/MS) That should work unless you go retarded and unintentionally tell them your passwords.

Also consider the possibility of your own PC being compromised.
I think this is most likely the case. While it's possible to hack myspace(It's been done before), that's a lot of security to break through. I'd say that more likely there's a keylogger on your machine, or a simple password snatcher that emails your account stuff to them. Try running some anti-spyware, or formatting your machine.

And here I was thinking that hacking is a crime.
[HEADING=1]Oh Wait. It Is.[/HEADING]
If it comes down to it, just threaten them with that fact.
serious? hacking's a crime? since when is the pursuit of knowledge a crime? so when i take apart my stereo to try to put a better antenna on it, i'm committing a crime?

or using 3rd party firmware on my router for more features / better security, i'm committing a crime?

better alert the authorities...

As for the topic @ hand... change your password regularly... somethign that's easy for you to remember and hard for others to guess...

example:
take the first letter of each word of a song... "Mary had a little lamb..." would be: Mh@llwfwwa5 (using an '@' for 'a', and a '5' for 's')...

We tell all of our clients to make their pass at least 8 characters, w/ at least 1 upper, 1 lowercase, 1 special character, and 1 number.... be creative...
I don't think hacking was ever really a problem until the black hats came in and started fucking with people. Websites, PC, and servers are hacked all the time(<-belief), but most people don't go out of their way to destroy them, and I'm a firm believer in the work a lot of hackers do to find holes and alert companties to the danger. Is it against the law? Well, yes, but as my dad told me, it's only illegal if you get caught.
