Interesting. What's also interesting is the picture is actually a link to this website, which seems to be some ancient viral marketing page for the Orange Box.

Edit: What's also interesting is that a whois lookup turns up absolutely nothing about who owns the domain, but clicking View Source shows a little disclaimer about Valve owning all of the trademarks on the page.

Until Valve says "Yes, that is us" everything needs to be taken with a grain of salt. I have no doubt it's in development, and likely more than half done, but Valve really needs to throw us a bone before we start chewing up their slippers.

This has been posted a couple times today. The site owner doesn't match Valve and the logo doesn't match the one from the Half-Life 3 shirt. Plus, I think it's almost dismissible at face value just because it would be such a ridiculous way to announce the game. Valve loves their big announcements and they love their ARGs. They don't appear to love giant logos on silly sites named "Black-Aperture" (yeah, let's get a little more heavy-handed with the much-vaunted-but-often-debunked HL3/Portal connection, eh? They've said that they want to limit the references between the series to just easter eggs. The Borealis came from Aperture. Aperture occasionally references Black Mesa, etc. No big, direct crossovers.)

This reeks of hoax.

According to Go Daddy [http://who.godaddy.com/whois.aspx?k=BSuHKb7MeSeaJUHX6lQ9UaSvbaZL6sAO&domain=black-aperture.com&prog_id=GoDaddy], the domain is owned by a David Hassen in Drums, PA. I can't find any connection between Mr. Hassen and Valve, so I assume this is a hoax.
