Right then, I'm about to leave the forums for a bit to play Half Life. But last night something caught my notice. Nobody ever plays it online now. There are simply no servers at all that people are playing in. I understand why, it's because everybody now is playing TF2 and Half Life 2 online, so they don't bther with the older version. But surely a lot of you still have the original game on PC. So what I'm suggesting is that those of you with a bit of time to spare and an inclination for online gaming, come along and play for a bit in Half Life, on PC. Should be a fun little timewaster
And to add some discussion to this topic, what other games do you enjoy playing online that are quite old? For me it would be the original Halo. Despite being quite dated in the series, Halo still has quite a large online following on PC, compounded by the fact that Halo Custom Edition has some of the best maps for online play I've ever seen in a game (those of you who've played the maps Coldsnap and Yoyorast Island will understand).
