HALIFAX Escapists, lets meet up for a drink

Okay so I'm really just taking the advice of this guy who told me to do this as a way to meet people so I thought "why not"


Not that I drink myself and I have no idea where to meet for a drink or anything else for that matter, I'm actually more interested to see how many Escapists here live in or around Halifax...Nova Scotia

Ahaha small world we live in it seems. I've never met anyone on the internet that lives (Or in this case lived) in the same area as me. I'm in Ontario now and still miss my old home . I am actually coming down to visit this summer though so that'll be a blast.

Seriously though, if there was some sort of Escapist function thingy in the Maritimes, I'd certainly be up for it, so long as it's a weekend as to permit travel time.

I am not really the type of person to "start" a meet up. For many reasons, like I would assume most people wouldn't be interested or show up. Also, I am an introvert, so I might go to a group meet up, but I would never start one. I don't have the best track record for making friends, so yeah.

Also I am a weird person. I don't mind showing up and people saying, "look at that weird person", I could always leave. BUT, if I arrange it than I would have to stay if everyone hated me.

Oh, I didn't even pay attention to the dates, someone else on IRC linked to this thread and when scrolling back to get some context, and saw mention of my hometown.
