What do you guys reckon? To me it looks as if it can make up for ODST and more.

Heres a list of the new features I picked up from watching it for those interested you can add more if you see any.

Features:
Rolls
Loadouts?
Possibly sprinting (see 25-27, althought he could just be scoping out)
Assassinations
Jetpacks
Lock on Fuel rod gun? (47 sec)
New weapon (1:03)

Game Modes:
Elites vs Spartans
Invasion (possibly like firefight in ODST)
Headhunter? Whatever this is
Active Roster? Could be a game mode I don't know.

Also I noticed that it said revenge on the bottom left at one point. So it has some kind of TF2 system going on?

It does indeed look pretty sweet. Looks like it has the potential to keep the series in the spotlight. Still, I'm worried about the campaign. I hope both campaign and multiplayer are equally good, unlike with ODST (imho).

Well what can I say, gameplay wise it looks like everything I could ever have asked for from a multiplayer component to the Halo series, new modes and new combat attacks and jetpacks and once again I must repeat....Elites.
I am genuienly enthusiastic right now.

I'm definitely going to get it, because I hated fighting the brutes. Fighting the elites is much more fun. Also, Yay ! Jetpack! XD

I think I'll pass on buying a game I've played three times already. IMO it doesn't look much different from it's predecessors other than a few minor additions, or as fanboys call them, "innovations."

I'm liking how it seems as if the elites are actually getting a non-aesthetic difference in this game. The people in the IGN video discussing the trailer seemed to think that perhaps elites could roll, spartans could sprint and maybe other differences.
