Do you think that Halo 1, 2 and 3 sniping is just to easy?
When on E.g Modern Warfare 2 if you try a NoSkope It's almost impossible

Its a completely different style of sniping, Although i prefer realistic sniping personally.

I mean i know something doesnt have to be realistic to be fun (halo's proof of that) but i do love my sniping to be difficult & rewarding.

Sniping is the same in every game, zoom in and click/pull trigger on target in sights.

It's up to the skill of the player.

No scoping on modern warfare is just as easy as no scoping with a sniper rifle in halo.

At long range what do you expect with something that has a cross hair the size of a skittle and shoots in perfectly straight lines

You're a genetically engineered space marine who magically has no recoil on whatever you shoot. You think?
My hypothesis:
Halo: Nowhere near "realistic" so actually kind of fun
MW2: Getting closer to the "realism" threshold, getting less fun and more frustrating
Bad Company 2: The most "realistic" shooter = rageface, ragequit, facepalm

Bad Company 2 is amazing in my opinion, but I guess it's because I am actually a good sniper in that game.

Don't be mad just because you don't handle the sexiness of Halo sniping. Appreciate and celebrate that feeling you get when you introduce someone's face to your bullets of pain and other manly things.

Just don't complain about it. Despite popular belief it doesn't make your opinion matter more.

I like Halo better, and in a way it can be easier; on the other hand, the game is much more movement-oriented I think than others, so it's not necessarily easier, depending on map, who you're facing, etc.

Not always though. in MW2 you have to hold your breath (unless quick scoping) it's much more complicated than what you have just said.

doesn't matter much because I think it's not like overpowered and overused in Halo 3, MW 2, and BC 2 really...
I mean, not everyone's an amazing sniper, so it's not like it's something for everyone

I just can't snipe in MW2 like at all, and I'm only half-decent with the sniper in Halo (I always hope there's a good sniper on my team who'll put it to better use to more effectively help the team)...and in the week I played BC2 I did better as a sniper than with an assault rifle which really surprised me (most likely not because I was better with the sniper, but just worse with the starting assault weapon haha)

Most video game snipers are unrealistic. What you do is more like sharpshooting. In real life a sniper may spend days getting into position and camouflaging his hiding spot to take just one shot. Ideally, you'll never even know he's there.

it just depends on your prefrence. I don't really like Halo's sniping, its too easy, and not all that fun. But, Bad Company 2 sniping has more of a finese (sp) to it, and, to me, it is far more rewarding to get a kill when you actually have to work for it.

Halo no-scoping is art. There's no logical purpose to no-scope but people do it. I sometimes use the sniper like a shotgun if I run out off ammo for my other weapon but don't have enough time to pick up another weapon. It's a waste of time and effort to try and no-scope someone. If anyone can no-scope whenever they feel like it, no one would use any other weapon. You're chance of no-scoping someone is about the same as bouncing a basket ball off the ground towards a wall, off the wall and into a hoop behind you. It's possible but no one does it because they can.
