I'm just interested to see the backlash from die-hard Halo fans who are sorely misinformed. A day or two after the release, I'm going down to my local GameStop and asking one of the employees how many disgruntled returns they got from fanboys who complain that it's not an FPS.

Am I a bad person for laughing at this?

I think Bungie has some explaining to do in regards to the canon because so far the only reason I can imagine is that everyone on Spirit of Fire dies.

You mean Ensemble Studios has some explaining to do. The only thing Bungie has to do with this is the word 'Halo'

I know, I just meant since they created the Halo universe and have got to be involved with the story in some capacity that I hope there will be clarification later if the story in Halo Wars does not explain it.

Looks pretty good. OXM gave it a 9.0. I trust them I know I'll play the demo. I don't plan to buy it. I feel it would have been better if it was in it's own universe. I just feel the Halo universe should be done.

It's going to be really bad, and this is coming from someone who cherishes all 3 Halo games. RTS games on the console generally suffer from shitty controls, much like Red Alert 3, and this won't be any different.
