I wouldn't do that. You seem to enjoy RPGs/RPSs, from what I can gather, and he's fairly biased against them. After all, he disliked Mass Effect, one of my favorite games of all time. Which is my recommendation, by the way. Mass Effect is great fun. Can't go too wrong with The Orange Box either.

Halo Wars, Armored Core, and Half-Life are good games and they havent been said yet. Ive heard Prototype is a decent sandbox game too.

I say play Saints Row 2 for a month, and then get Batman: Arkham Asylum, which comes out the 28th of this month. The demo is amazing, and I have the game pre-ordered.

Stop playing these scifi/horror shooters and relax with some trippy Beautiful Katamari. Its fun in its pure undiluted form.

I you're into RTS games than I would suggest World in Conflict. It basically feels like playing Call of Duty on a larger scale, the campaign is bloody brilliant, and the multiplayer is addicting and can hold somebody for days or even weeks.

Puzzle Quest, maybe Puzzle Quest:Galactrix, or however that's spelled. Yeah, they're weird Bejeweled-esque games, but they're really addicting if you take the time to get past their simplistic presentation and really get into the RPG elements.

Who are you and why havent i seen you around here before?

Um, anyway, mass effect is decent if you dont mind it being very story heavy.
i, my friend, am a lurker. and usually remember that the forums exist when i'm bored or need something. then i get enthralled with them for a day or two, then forget about them again. vicious cycle! aaaargh...
>.>
<.<

and as for games, i just got mass effect and sims 3 on ebay (yay half store price), and am planning on getting saints row 2 next week. funds be damned, my game library needs a serious revamp XD

Also going to go with Mass Effect. I've played through that game so many times and I love it.
