I went drinking with my brother and a couple of buddies last night. I remember I was sick.....

I'm still sick and have a huge headache. Any solution for a hangover?

Note*All sounds seems to hurt with my state.

Agreed! However, next time you go drinking, to try and minimize a hangover's impact, after you're all done drinking, eat some bread, and drink a good bit of water. The bread absorbs the alcohol, and the water dilutes it. Then when you sleep, anchor a foot. A bit of a secret from a Mexican raised on booze.

Watch this [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o-pN8qAiZhQ] video with the sound on ultra high.[/sarcasm]

Or have a full English breakfast, I believe that is proven by science to help with a hangover.

EDIT: Oh yeah, and drink a lot of water. Hangovers are basically caused by dehydration so getting more fluids in your body will help quite a bit.

Sucks to be you, I guess. You´ll just have to bear with it, since it´s your own fault, and you know it. That´s the way I approach my hangovers. Perhaps next time I know better. In the mean time, water helps.

If you're feeling dizzy walk around and do as many sudden movements as possible and trigger a throw up. It's the only way to get it out of your system.

I really don't remember my night. That means I was probably over-drinking while in this mind-numb state.

Protein and Gatorade. Rest for a bit, then eat something high in protein with some Gatorade or other sports drink. Stay away from caffeine or painkillers until any headache or stomach issues seem to abate, as they will dehydrate you and upset the stomach further. And then rest a bit more.

This comes from my "other" personality. Note to all others* It's an inside joke.

The last time I had a hangover I bought a bag of grapes and melon slices, and just ate those.
They worked a treat, I felt so good afterwards.
The science behind it is that fruit replaces the vitamins you lose in your body when you drink, especially vitamins B and C.

Another tip is to drink milk both before and after drinking. It lines your stomach and helps to absorb the alcohol, but it does it slowly, so you can still get drunk.
However- I hate milk, so I don't know if it works or not.

Ibuprofen, it's marketed as a pain killer but it was originally made as a hangover cure, but they had to reach out to a wider market.

I was honestly going to make this thread an hour ago then went back to bed.
Couldn't find anything quiet enough on my harddrive so had to goto youtube, this worked quite well.

Fizzy drinks, squash or juice and water.
Basicly fill up on what liquid you can keep in.

I has had my fry up, they are best when made by someone else.

If heads bad, stomachs fine and your not doing anything important today, grab a beer. :p

I feel your pain. :)

Don't throw it up! The way I see it is, why waste money on alcohol when you're just going to throw it all up again? :p

(Sorry for the double post, people posted at the same time I was)

Milk and Gin doesn't mix well together in the stomach. I remember ,another time, it made me sick as hell.
