Pedialyte. Learnt that from Disturbed. Rehydrates you fast and is better than sports drinks.
Really? I mean, it makes sense... but Disturbed said that?

Boy, that's Metal; more metal than a pimp's grill.[/sarcasm]

Make yourself some bacon, pancakes, waffles, and anything else that's high in fat. Popcorn with lots of butter and sugar is actually good for breakfast. Oh, and make yourself a Sidewinder, orange juice and vodka, and then drink water after you eat.

Avoid caffeine, that will only make you feel sick/uncontrollably shakey. Drink water, have a banana, maybe a couple of painkillers. You'll feel better in no time.

The previous night, drink a glass of water for every glass of alcohol or a pint of beer. Drink nothing but water for the last hour or so.

One the hangover hits th next morning: have a long shower, drink plenty of water/juice (you need C-vitamin), eat a good solid meal. Remember: Food, C-vitamin from juice or vegetables/fruit and small amounts of water constantly over a long period of time.

Food helps to bring you blood sugar up, water and vitamin C taken away by the alcohol need to be replaced.

Once I took 5 shots of a 190-proof drink in half an hour. Just before I passed out I drank a bottle of Gatorade and 5 cups of water. I woke up the next morning with no hangover.

Drink a good amount of water to rehydrate yourself. In addition, take a multivitamin (or at least a B-vitamin pill) to replenish yourself.

The answer is simple:

Don't get a hangover, you silly boy. It's for believers.

Don't mix hangover to lack of sleep, dehydration and nausea caused by lots of liquid in your stomach (probably combined with some food resulting to expanding your stomach to dimensions you would normally feel sick anyway, no matter if it was alcohol but for example litres of water and some pile of food).

Drink less or just sleep it off. Worst case scenario shoot yourself.
I know it hurts, but I don't think suicide is a good option. Suicide is never a good option in anything.
I didn't say he needed to use a gun, he could shoot himself with an epi pen full of adrenaline. It will cure the hangover and help him punch his way through the wall to get into the next bar.

If you're feeling dizzy walk around and do as many sudden movements as possible and trigger a throw up. It's the only way to get it out of your system.
Don't throw it up! The way I see it is, why waste money on alcohol when you're just going to throw it all up again? :p

(Sorry for the double post, people posted at the same time I was)
Believe me you don't want to drink that yellow stuff ^^ I sorta got the taste of it while i threw up and it was not pleasant :p
If you are really keen though you could always bottle it and save it for later xD
I've only thrown up once, and that's only because I was dancing all night, and obviously my stomach didn't like that. Fortunately I didn't taste it, though I was gutted that I'd wasted £20 of drink.

If you're that keen you may as well drink Strongbow. (There! I said it!)

Now that you mention it that might be why i threw up. I danced frantically for several hours since i couldn't feel how tired my legs were. I had to travel by train for 16 hours with severe hangover ,seized up thighs and WAY to little sleep the morning after. Probably the 16 worst hours of my life ^^

Water, water, and more water. Actually no you need electrolytes. Tons of them. Hangovers are basically a result of being dehydrated from drinking. There is no real "cure" however next time you go drinking remember to drink plenty of water and you won't wake up with a big one the next morning.

Yeah, the problem is when you drink and dance you can't feel your legs hurting :p and I was dancing like a total idiot for like, two solid hours so it couldn't have been good for me.
Oh dear, that doesn't really sound like much fun... I can't imagine trains being the best mode of transport after a hangover... A car is bad enough. Definitely a 'look back and laugh' moment for you :p
