Today marks what would have been the 68th birthday of famed guitarist for the Beatles, George Harrison. For those who don't know, he passed away on November 29th, 2001, after a long struggle with throat cancer. An incredible artist and musician, George has certainly affected us all.
That was a tough week for my family, particularly my father. He was a far more experienced Beatles fan than I, and the day right before George passed, my grandfather died of a similar cancer. May George's spirit and life flow on within us, and without us.
