Tetris was the only video game that my dad every really took to. Every other game I played in front of him got me a comment about time wasting, but Tetris, the biggest time-suck of all (I say lovingly) had him in front of our NES for hours.

A good, simple game that diverted endlessly: Great!
A way for a 13-year-old to illustrate the hypocrisy of his parents: Priceless!
