I was just wondering what peoples happy places where. The place you go to relax and enjoy you're self. For me when i was young i used to go to this little Go-Cart place but it's been shut down =[ so fellow escapist what is you're happy place?

Forests. Or anywhere completely controlled by nature with no human influence. I hate civilisation...
I got within the depths of my mind and my imagination...which may be my favorite place in the world...
I always just take a walk down to my lovely local coffee shop and sit outside with a drink and a book. Chances are a friend or two of mine will be there before long.

Sadly though I don't really have a "happy" place here in Calgary, I'm unfond of the city at best. I think I need to work on finding a happy place where I can go to relax.

I don't really have a happy place which is probably part of my problem.
Now that I think of it. I dont really have a happy place where I go to instantly cheer up. Maybe a walk in the woods nearby. Or my balcony. Yeah, my balcony has a nice view and everyone seems small from up there. Ive also had great thinking sessions there where I had monologues so long I regret not writing them down.
