Well, I'll keep it short. I've just spent time with family I'm not going to see for another year and I've eaten Turkey.

Let's list what we're thankful for!

I'm thankful for:

My health

My friends

My family

My opportunities

This food (ALL OF IT, IN MY MOUTH)

I sincerely wish you all the best this season. Throughout all your trials and tribulations, remember to be thankful for those who care for you and all that you have going for you.

Have a good day! :)

I'm just eating Chinese take out for this Thanks Giving. I never really cared for Turkey, and my handling them at a factory this summer only made my love for them less then it already was.

Happy Thanks Giving!

Wait, are we making Thanksgiving threads already? It's a month away. Can't we at least wait until Novemb-

[googles today's date, realizes mistake]

Well, alright. I learned something new today. Happy thanksgiving to all those up North!

Really? Must have been a mouthful. I mean, Istanbul alone...

it's October.. Thanksgiving is next month.. this month is all about Halloween people..
Not in Canada it isn't. Here it's the 2nd Monday of October, not in November, it's you Americans who get it wrong.

Or we could agree to disagree? I know some families who celebrate both dates, thus doubling the feasting.

We had our dinner yesterday. Good stuff.

You Americans need to pace your turkey. There's roughly a month between American Thanksgiving and Christmas, the two biggest turkey days of the year. Surprised Americans don't get burned out. We get to cleanse the palate with a little candy in between and an extra month in between turkey days.

Silly Redlin. It's simple

Canada - Syrup - Syrup - Pancakes - Pancakes - Cakes - Cakes - Sugar - Sugar - Sugarcane - Sugarcane - Cuba - Cuba - Communism - Communism - Soviet Union - Soviet Union - Invasion of Afghanistan - Invasion of Afghanistan - Taliban

Therefore Canada is associated with the Taliban, and we do not negotiate with terrorists. The true thanksgiving will remain in November as it should be!

Considering the fact my government is conducting airstrikes on the behalf of the USA mission in the Middle East right now, I don't consider that argument valid. Nice try though.

It's all a ruse to make us think you're the good guys, then you'll try to catch us off guard! It's diabolical.
[sub][sub][sub][sub]Glad you had a good thanksgiving though.:p
I'll be spending mine in Germany without any turkey or squash.[/sub][/sub][/sub][/sub]

I'm thankful for gravy.

Gravy with a small side of turkey and mashed potatoes.

[small]Also, my chocolate icing turned out good and goes with cookies very well. I'm thankful for that too.[/small]

Happy Thanksgiving! Even for those below the border who decided[small](for some reason)[/small] to wait a month before the feast!

That's what ham is for!! Why have turkey both holidays?
