I have a story. About hardcore justice and protecting small children. Although that's just my biased opinion.

This group of about 16 year old fucknuggets, who were SERIOUSLY as bad as those exaggerated bullies you see on TV and in movies, were harassing a little kid, who I am guessing was about 7. I sent messages to the one who seemed to be leading them messages saying I would hack him (I have never even considered doing it and don't even know how). He was really really convinced, which I didn't really expect, despite his blood being filled with more testosterone than oxygen. I kept him going for a couple of days, and told him to say goodbye to his friends. I blocked communications with him after sending a message saying that I was bullshitting. I told the bullied kid what I'd done, and he gave me thanks. We've been friends since.

Was what I did justified? I probably shouldn't have been such a jerk to the guy, but at the time it seemed like he deserved it. Mind throwing me your opinions?

Yes and no. Yes because you had good intentions and no because you messaged him and told him you were just bullshitting him.

I would have kept it going if I had gone that far. Teach him a lesson by threatening to destroy him if he does that stuff again. Now that you've just admitted to bullshitting him, he'll probably just get angry and bully another little kid.

Ah well. It wasn't truly justice though. You manipulated him in the end. That doesn't make you much better then him in my eyes.
