'Hardcore' Kinect games.

So I was checking my twitter feed for competitions and play2compete had just tweeted this link:

This leads to 5 so called 'hardcore' Kinect games.

I skimmed the list and honestly some of them sound quite interesting and have great teams working on them!

I'm personally not buying Kinect but my brother is so I can try some Kinect games out.

So what does everyone think of these titles?

Without seeing how it incorporates the Kinect controller, I have no idea how enjoyable they will be, but, given the developers and synopsis, there's a chance things will turn out good.

It seems that most of them are horrors, a genre I don't like. What I want from kinect is a full on first person battle sim, with you (and your friends) in an online battlefield with swords and bows and shit. It would be epic.

It isnt hardcore if it involves waving our arms and legs around like a twat. Hardcore is getting thumb cramp from holding the controller for too long.... FML.

I wouldn't use the word "hardcore" myself, but it's nice to see some titles that aren't party games. That horror game sounds pretty awesome. I wonder if having to open that cursed door yourself would be a lot scarier than pressing a button to do so.

I swear if someone like that gets released I get Move in an instant. It'd be my new stress relieving game. What I love most in L4D2 is starting a game on Easy, grabbing a guitar, starting an endless-stream-of-zombies event, turn on Painkiller by Judas Priest and just bash away. With a game like that I could actually smash. Glorious!

im quite pleased were getting this games. So ill probably get the kinect now. But what i really want is an rts on the kinect.
