What extremely difficult bosses have you fought recently.

For me its Price (Vin Deisel) of the Rollaz from Saints Row 1. Between the trampeeding semi-trucks, enemy gangsters, insto-kill pipe bombs, and exploding cars, its almost impossible. But the ending (both) make it worth it

Well, I fought a group of 5 Necromancers who had ~20 Strong Potions of Health and Sorcery and a staff and Daedric weapon each in Oblivion. They all could also summon headless zombies, cast fireballs and do general badass shit. Also, they were surrounded by non-summoned Undead. I think that counts as a boss fight. I found it difficult.

The big ship during chapter 7 of Valkyria Chronicles. What a tough chapter that was. O_O

The final Colossus in Shadow of the Colossus was incredibly difficult to take down.

Actually though, I believe the one right before that took me a lot longer to defeat.

Come to think of it, that was a really tough game in the second half!

The ATAC in Killzone 2, Kessler in inFamous, and the russian guy in Just Cause 2 ( until I stood behind him).

Currently on the brink of murdering every person within a five-mile radius because of the entire Funeral chapter in Rule of Rose.
Whoever designed the combat system for that game deserves to be eaten alive by marsupials.

Heh. Someone f-ed up. You should have just Wizards fury that hole.

But near the same as this guy. In stead I was playing my level 31 Breton mage and fought off 9 liches.

I messed up and then they silenced me for 2 minutes and always use beast of burden to move around in full madness, also i couldn't heal. They beat the living magic out of me.
Hole? It was a whole freaking cave! As soon as I killed the first gloom wraith, I was hit by all 5 Necromancer's staves, which degraded my armor to 0, immobilized me and took away half my health. They also kept freaking running to different parts of the cave, which eventually led me to a nether lich, 2 gloom wraiths and 3 of the Necromancers, who continued to summon Headless Zombies and Skeleton Champions. I did kill them all in one try, though. I decided to use the potions that the Necromancers had and was nearly invincible after the first kill.

Also, that's the reason you always carry staves of badass spells.

You know the chapter in Viewtiful Joe called "The Magnificent 5"? Yeah they can all go fuck themselves.

Can't remember, beat a good 10 bosses in the past 2 days (not including Monster Hunter Tri hunts)

I hope that Arc Rise Fantasia has some hard bosses early though :)

The Archdemon. Difficult due to my party not healing themselves and me only able to heal them so much. Eventually I actually set their tactics...but I kinda cheated by spamming the ballistas and taking advantage of a glitch in the archdemon's flinching from it.

The final boss of Xenosaga 3. I managed to beat it on my first try but since I had been holding back in all of the boss fights before this one, the fact that I had to let loose on everything I had in my arsenal proved that it was more difficult for me anyway than just about any other fight in the game.

Say what you want.. but out of the longest time spent doing it.. Ragnaros...

But for difficulty... It's between the optional dragon boss in Dragon Age and Gundam Hellscythe in Gundam Battle Assault 2... (or any of the boss fights in the Mobile Suit Gundam series for the PS2)

I had to convince my boss to replace the AC unit that cools my lab... oh wait wrong kind of boss. Really though, there is a sensitive piece of scientific equipment in there used for chemical analysis that need climate control, how stupid is he!

The mother fucking Boost guardian. From Metriod Prime 2. That was probably the most recent boss I've had real trouble with.
