Post an idea for a game you're not sure that has been made or not? Mine is a zombie survival RPG where you have to find food, water, shelter, etc and can recruit/trade with//kill survivors.

The more thought provoking or original threads tend to get far less replies because god forbid someone has to type out a paragraph to prove a point or because they don't feel like putting effort into posting something about a new topic.
It is a pretty terrible cycle, in my opinion.

You must gather supplies and avoid making noise while fighting off the odd accidental run in, fighting other survivors for food and supplies, and make it to your bunker before the EMP fail safe satellites get used...only there is a twist, the people controlling the satellites are dead, and now you have to get selflessly deliver the supplies and then launch the emp wave. HOPING you don't die in the techno melt down of the high tech super building your in and can make it out into a word free of technology.

A multiplayer fighting side scroller game like Final Fight/Turtles in Time but with Street Fighter style characters. Running with the Street Fighter concept, give players access to all characters to choose from through the game. Allow for further unlockable super moves or ultra combo's to devastate enemies with. Full co-op and online play for multiple people at once. This could also work in an RPG game. Think Tales of Symphonia but playing as Street Fighter characters for encounters.
I'm surprised that this hasn't been done yet...or done well as opposed to an afterthought. I've never played Smash Bros for the Wii, but I think it takes this concept close to what I'm looking for.

How about a game where you start out as the forefather of human civilization molding and changing your tribe to city or anything else you possibly could,using the land to make things or to take advantage in other ways with a fully computer generated universe and logical thought and personality embedded into peoples and animals?A game where you shape the world from generation to generation as the people.
Massively Muliplayer Online Strategy game. Imagine a game like Homeworld or Sins of a Solar Empire on an MMO Scale. Independent planets act as each player's homebase, and they choose which faction they come from, and place their planetary system within that faction's territory. Wild zones in space would work for PVP, since factions would fight over the raw materials. Endgame missions could include massive fleet actions involving thousands of ships fighting over resource rich worlds.

A freerunning game like Mirror's Edge, but set in the jungle. It could be like Tarzan, with all the vine swinging and branch grabbing and what-not.
