Hate Mail

So I just left Quiet Stranger's "Is this happening to YOUR parents?" forum topic and seeing the replies, I started wondering. What was the most hate mail you ever got from one thing?
Mine would be from a the Youtube video "Miss America Insults Gays" (or something like that). I thought I would try to squeeze a laugh out of it and quote a line from "Just For Laughs". I cant remember it exactly, but it went something like "Its like a game of telephone! One end Jesus said 'love your neighbor'. Then 2000 years later it became GAYS ARE EVIL" Next thing I know, my Hotmail account is bombarded with hate mail (it had more use of the word fag than an 8 player round on halo with only 12 year olds). I think it lasted for about 3 1/2 days.

(just kidding about the 12 year old halo thing, forgive me?)

I got a suprising amount of backlash after a heated discussion with another escapist member on twitter...And ive been told to fuck off because of various reasons over the past year or so, But ive never recieved hate mail too much.

And that wasnt a que to flood me with evil PM's. ¬¬

I posted an idea i had on the RVB (Red Vs Blue) forems and this guy commented on my profile that i was a peice of shit and that The Rooster Teeth guys would never listen to my ideas or care for that matter and i should kill myself.

B) Slamming things I disliked

I posted an idea i had on the RVB (Red Vs Blue) forems and this guy commented on my profile that i was a peice of shit and that The Rooster Teeth guys would never listen to my ideas or care for that matter and i should kill myself.

What was the idea?

OT:I've gotten a lot of hate for my opinions on the new youtube channels, which was

I had someone rage on me for a while when I said the PS3's update downloads are unreasonable. It took me about an hour and fortyfive minutes to update my PS3 and Stardust HD, I have fios and my PS3 is wired to it so it's not on my end. I wasn't being bias, it wasn't trolling it's just the sad stupid truth and I would just like to see Sony fix that.It wasn't like I said the system is bad, because it isn't, it's just their network that needs improving. That was the worst I had at the escapist.

On gameFAQs...of course, I said I was getting a japanese imported PSP the day it was coming out and asked if there was any games I should get with it. I checked back 2 hours later and the topic was like 10 pages of a massive flame war, some people calling me an asshole...because I was asking what games they recommended.

I think the worst I had was someone who decided to go personal on me. I kept having hatemail from that guy. However, he got banned a few days later.

I don't remember the name though. It was waaaaaaaaaaaay back in 2008.

The most hate I got was when I said I didn't really care for 9/11 Day. Just from one guy, with a very ironic title.

He expressed his HATE by EMPHASIZING certain WORDS with CAPITAL LETTERS. Actually made me giggle, but I tried to remain civic in my responses.

it was just an idea on a free lancer agent, nothing big, but just an idea all the same. but eh, what can you do right?

Not necessarily hate mail, but a lot of hate directed at me.

In history class a few weeks back, I was labeled a misogynist, a chauvinist, and a bigot for explaining the rationale behind the U.S.M.C. having non-Co-Ed units.

Even though I clearly stated that I did NOT support said views.

The mob mentality really likes shooting the messenger.
