I don't know how many of you that recognize me here but I will still do this 
In Finland military service is mandatory for a minimum of 6 months. In about 2 hours I am going there and it will be at least 2 weeks before I get out of there and can come check this website out again. Then it will probably take 2, 3 or maybe even 4 weeks if my luck is bad until I get out of there again, might be that I get some free time if I can get permission to go to my football practices. I will most likely be there for 12 months (362 days) and my time here at the escapist will be minimal.
If you have anything to ask about the Finnish military please quote me and I will answer you in a few weeks xD. I have noticed other Finns here as well and so they might be able to help you also.
For discussion value I'd like you to tell your stories of why you couldn't visit some place you often visit (in real life or a web site), how long it lasted, why you couldn't visit this place and then also if you felt the same about the place when you finally came back.
