It's a picture of The Beeb, Justin Bieber, this generation's Justin Timberlake.

I'm a little surprised not more people get it given how much he gets made fun of by the nerd subculture... basically a lot of you have probably cracked, or laughed at, jokes about The Beeb, and now your seeing the face of the person you were making fun of.

That said, I didn't have an Avatar to begin with, so it's not that big a deal to me, unless somehow it doesn't go back to my 'no avatar' form, at which point I'll have to actually find one when I really didn't want to, I figured an Avatar would either come to me or it wouldn't.
