I had a friend who always used to bite me in greeting. I got used to it after a while. I only let people bite me if I trust them - there's something that's too intimate about biting. As for biting others, I've done it gently, as a joke, but at the risk of sounding really creepy, I think I prefer licking people.

Eh? Not necessarily, my 7yo sister has bitten me several times in the past (and punched me in the face once, I was actually quite proud as it was a very good punch for her age).
