I recently bought a Sega Dreamcast and I'm trying to build up a collection. I recently bought Jet Grind Radio and Tony Hawk Pro Skater and both have incorrect directions in the manual. Has it ever happened to you?

I never read the instructions, I wasn't aware anyone did anymore... So maybe, yeah all my instruction manuals could be wrong. Or none of them, but you know, maybe all of them.

Mass Effect 2.

The mouse buttons in the manual for Paragon and Renegade options are the opposite to ones ingame.

If I remember correctly the game has left click for Paragon and right click for Renegade, when the manual states left click is for Renegade and right click is for Paragon.

Can't recall ever encountering a manual with incorrect instructions but I did buy a SNES game years ago and the entire manual was in Spanish

Why, yes! I've bought several Windows games that reference console gamepad buttons - not in the manual, but in the main game itself! How would you like to be told to "Hold down the shift key and left click" in God of War III?
...Anyway.

Also, I remember a good number of games that came with lists of manual errata in the readmes.
