Codec from Metal Gear Solid as ring tone, changed it to voice mail as I missed a lot of calls.

The British voice actors (which I think is Cpt. Price's voice actor) saying "Tactical nuke ready, turn the key..." set as my text message notification.

YYYYYYYYEEEEEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!! I knew I wasn't alone in having this message tone!

For receiving text messages on my iPhone I have the sound from Zelda: Link to the Past when you find a secret.

If this is the same sound as finding a secret in OoT then I have this one too.

It's not a Ringtone from a Video Game as such, but it is Video Game-esque.
It's the awesome 8 bit version of the Universal Theme that you hear before Scott Pilgrim vs The World.

Whenever I get a text message my phone goes "STOOPID STOOPID STOOPID!" ala TF2 Heavy.

Pretty awesome when you forget to put your phone into silent mode and you get a message in the middle of a mathematics exam in a classroom of 30 people.
