Have you sleepwalked?

Scary thing is you have no idea that you did it, or what you could end up doing. I thought they were joking with me at first.

When I learned of my recent one I just laughed and believed I did it. I'm not told often that I running around in the middle of the night screaming.

Ha ha, I sleep walk so much that I have to take tranquilisers before I sleep.

I have done all kinds. I usually go to the kitchen, bake something of make an omelete (yes, sleep cooking), I walk outside and sleep in the garden, I brush my teeth and take a shower...all kinds of crazy sleep walking habits.

Mostly I talk in my sleep those, mostly gibberish.

Then I have night terrors.

Needless to say, I have been in sleep therapy for some time now.

I used to have night terrors when I was younger which consisted of me rearranging our living room furniture while yelling obnoxiously loud about everything, bawling my eyes out. My parents were told that there was nothing you could do and not to wake me so they ended up just barricading me in my room with a plastic fence for dogs...it worked...

Yes one i night i walked around the house mumbling to myself then went to the bathroom and hid in the closet before trying to walk out the door. Thats what my parents told me...

I don't usually however, I did change my clothes in my sleep once. Woke up wearing a different shirt with my other shirt at the foot of my bed. Yeah, weird.

Though, one of my friends does a LOT of sleep walking and talking. I have a bunch of funny stories for her. These are all experiences from staying over at her house.
I once woke up to her trying to show me how to groom a horse, using this giant stuffed horse in her basement as an example.
She once tried to pee in a trash can. Had to direct her to the bathroom.
Woke up and said "I can see you."
Woke up and said "I think it's from a video game. Not like that will help much, but you never know." -falls back into bed-
She's done a bunch of other things but these ones really come to mind for now. xD

Horse grooming and video game objects can be helpful....

No, but I have a friend who was a missile tech (meaning he was the one who was supposed to push the little red button) on a nuclear missile sub who sleep-walked. Fell and broke his arm in a hatchway sleepwalking and was medically discharged.

i don't think i've ever sleep walked, i've been told that i mutter random nonsense whilst snoozing though.

No matter where in the room I go to sleep, I'll wake up in the bed, so that's kinda sleepwalking.

I've never sleepwalked. I have had sleep sex...no, wait, that was me having sex with a girl who was so bad at it that I actually fell asleep while she was on top of me.

That counts, right?

Yes. I walked down a flight of stairs then peed into an oven. At age 6 or so. Boy, that was fun the morning after...heh...awkwaaaard.
'cept from that incident i think i just snore.

My girlfriend texts people her dreams, and I aparently talk a mix of gibberish/wookie when i'm asleep
