Having problems with Blacklight Retribution

Ok, so recently I've been playing a bit of the free-to-play shooter Blacklight Retribution.

The game isn't bad, but it's nothing special either. At the moment however, I am having 2 main problems that are ticking me off quite a bit.

The first problem is that I had leveled up a bit the last time I played it just over a week ago, but I launched it today, and it seems to have reset me to level 1 for some reason. Is there a glitch going on with this or something? Sure looks that way according to the Steam forums.

The other problem is with the game's currency GP. To put this simply, the GP isn't working. I have played a decent number of matches and earned quite a bit of GP, but when I go back to the main menu, the GP earned during those matches isn't there, which is preventing me from purchasing items and weapons to kit out my character. No one seems to be talking about it on the forums, so I guess the question is what is going on with the GP system in the game?

If anyone knows any answers to these problems, let me know asap.

As far as I know, you're experiencing some kind of glitch.

I play the game, and it's been working fine (for the most part) for me.

For the first problem, it seems that randomly whenever one quick joins a server, there's a chance it'll do what you say, and reset everyone to level 1. It's not permanent, but it can be jarring to deal with when you have some items you like to play with.

The second one, it depends on what you mean. Do you mean the in-match credits or the after match GP collection? If it's the after match GP, then I'd say make a forum post. As the normal situation is that one would normally get at least 100 GP from each match.

I meant the after match GP.

By the way, just booted up the game earlier, and now it seems I've earned some GP. So it seems to be working, although it only seems to be giving me the GP I earned after I turn the game off or something.
