I'm simply looking for a movie that i watched as a kid but its name escapes me....
Here's what i remember : It was about a black guy who was a robot but he didn't really look much like a robot except for his hilariously robotic acting (ho ho),he had a nerdy white guy scientist as his creator (the nerdy white scientist cliche got shot later on in the movie)
I distinctly remember the good guy robot got sent to the jungle for some reason to kill some guy with blonde hair (who got turned into a bigger cheaper looking robot later on) and during any of the ridiculous action scenes he kept doing completely unnecessary backflips and acrobatics.
I'm pretty sure this movie was made in the late 90's and was incredibly low budget,other than that i just need a title.
