Hi there,

Errm first time on a forum really. I have been gaming my whole life and have played pretty much every game form the last 10 years. I normally never get motion sickness or headaches from games. But two games both on the frostbite engine but both are in different perspectives. They being Battlefield 4 and Dragon age inquisition. Battlefield being in 1st person and dragon age being in 3rd person.

Now im really not sure why this is. Like i said i can normally play any game you throw at me in any aspect ratio, frame rate, Motion blur, Fov etc. But these two seem to be a real problem simply because i just cant find what the issue is. I play both on the PC same with nearly all my games. I can post my Specs if you need it. Like i said iv never really posted on a forum before.

Now the only other game where i have had this problem which i can remember is Stalker call of pripyat Misery edition (Never played it unmodded). But i might have forgotten previous headache troubles since i have a memory condition.

I was also diagnosed with a slight lazy eye as a child, and was prescribed glasses (though i never wore them).

Any suggestions as to the cause would be welcome as i really want to sit down and enjoy inquisition without the need for a long rest afterwards.

Cheers

Usually comes down to FoV and FPS, the image just looks out of whack enough for your eyes to try and constantly adjust to this artificial wonky mess and in the process cause severe strain, ultimately headaches.

I also find the glare system of Frostbite extremely irritating, just makes everything shine to an absurd degree and scenery becomes really hard to distinguish. Again extra eye strain.
