I think the pricing is fair.

I have known about this expansion for a while now and I've been saving my gold specifically for it (currently at 4300) so I will no problems in buying all the wings.

Same here, saved 3930 gold since the announcement. 700 seems much at first glance, but is a f2p model and any less gold would not fit in. It is low enough to be achiveable and high enough to need some effort.

I managed to get legendary rank in the game without spending a dime but it took me more than 7 months of playtime and I still have only a single complete deck.
700g is pure and absolute bs. You earn 40 or 60g from daily quests. You get only 10g per 3 wins (nothing for losses). And Arena has gotten to the point where even pro arena streamers have a hard time getting to more than 6 wins(just watched Trump predict 12 wins and get 6, before he would predict 10 wins and get 12).

700g represents at the very least 2-3 weeks of grinding and not buying anything. To anybody trying to get into this game for free at this point: dont try it is too late.
Eh, it really not that big a deal. I have about 600g right now. Perhaps it's because I don't play all that much. Usually only an arena every other day, and an occasional free play match.

And it's not like I'm good at the game. I'm pretty much base line average with an average of 3 wins in the arena and ranking that usually hovers around a 17.
