I was once a immature boy that lurked gaming forums always shouting "OMG ps3 is da rulz" but then found myself so entrenched in the confederacy of dunces that makes up the better part of the Internet. Feeling like the problem of society I left to do volunteer work in manly Uruguay. Now I am back trying to get into the swing of things. Now you know who I am, but frankly who are you.

That seems to be an internal question, as for my activity I was at an Internet cafe for thirty minuets bored. This thread serves as the a why to see what has change with in the community and has the add bonus of meeting the new lurkers of the Escapist forums.

Times have changed and many people whom you may have known have left or post very little. This happens with forums, I'd be suprised if you expected to return with out much change. Since you left the Escapist has gotten a lot of new content. You should check those out.

As others have said, some long time members have been banned (a lot of these were in the last two weeks actually) and it is a pity to see them go, especially in the manner in which they did so. We have some great new members join since when you left though. I don't want to hand out any names, you should be able to find them easier enough.

EDIT: Seems he's been back for awhile, I just haven't noticed.
