Well i got my former GF some roses, with carnations, and baby's breath we got back together. I then took her to dinner we watched movies most of the day long enough for us to break up again..... so if this is any indication for you maybe you should go dig through that old monopoly game you have pull out a get out jail free card, give it to her, and then run for the hills.
You need to know your GF's personality. Some girls like traditional gifts like chocolate or flowers, some like only expensive gifts (like jewelry), some like sweet mementos (a stuffed toy or a handwritten card, for example). Some like to be taken out to dinner, or some like to stay at home and watch a movie. We can't really say anything without more info, but these are some things you need to find out about her.
