Hello!

I am someone that reads escapist stuff and all...
Also, I am someone that made a game, on my own, only me and... me.

I am trying to figure how to make my game show up here (of course, if people here think it is good enough for the quality standards), in a review, or on a video, or whatever... So... how I do that?

write a review and throw it in the user review section easy as that...
P.S. I would volunteer to review it but I only review anime...

Well, the Escapist doesn't really host games, but I would recommend contacting someone who works here, like a mod.
Edit: Oh, sorry, can't help you.

I don't mean get hosted, my game is on IndieDB and on my own site already (and in other less relevant sites)

I mean get reviewed (maybe by a user), or get a article about it, or something like that.

That is a great idea... But how I find a good reviewer? (need I tell you people that I am REALLY new to these forums? The only thing I know about them is that I can get a banhammer in the head for advertising...)

Head to the <url=http://www.escapistmagazine.com/forums/index/326-User-Reviews>User Revews section, and read some of the reviews posted there. Find a reviewer you like, and PM them, requesting them to review your game. They might just say yes.

Alternatively, you can write your own user review as a shameless plug, but as you said that may get you banned.

Needing a review? PM me.

Also, you could probably make a quick thread with a downing link and ask for some general opinion on it.

Ok, I PMed two... for now :) If they refuse, I PM more people :)
Just so you know, there is a button to the bottom right of a post, called "Quote". It allows you to reply to a post, and it alerts the poster about it. What you are doing now is simply replying to them, without quoting, and the chances anyone will stick around and check again are pretty minute. I know it may seem fairly basic, but it took me about 20 posts to realize it was there.

Hum. If you just post a link it'll probably be taken as advertising and removed. Nobody is going to review a little one-man game out of the blue though. I'd suggest reviewing it yourself and putting it on the user reviews but that's clearly a conflict of interests. Get someone else to give it some good reviews and post those in the review section along with a note about trying to get your game off the ground.
