Here's the gist of the story: I took the general GRE this morning, and I've tried to check my scores online. The ETS website has my scores listed as absent or unavailable, and the date as as August 2010, not as today's date, and the recipient list for the scores is also blank. However, since it was the computer based test, at least the quantitative and verbal scores should be available (I even saw them at the conclusion of the exam). There was a bit at the end of the GRE about whether I wanted to submit the scores or not, and I always hit submit. I'm pretty worried now that I accidentally deleted my scores. Anyway, has anybody had any experience with something similar? I would hate to waste another $160 retaking this stupid thing, and I can't even bother customer support about this.
Cheers, best, and much thanks for any help!

Whats a GRE and an ETS?
ETS=the people publishing the test. They're bastards.
GRE=graduate record examination. A stupid test everybody has to take before being able to apply for grad school.

My brother took the test, seemed like he knew right away. I dunno man customer support is your best bet. If you have seen some scores already though then they must be somewhere.

Phone 'em up and good luck!

There probably just not willing to post the results until the whole test is done.

My friend just took his, and it took him a month or two to get the full results.

That might be the case. I've checked again, and it lists my most recent test as the subject test I will be taking in early October. Maybe the score site just doesn't update daily? I dunno, it's annoying, frustrating, and customer service got out just before I found out about this. I hate ETS, I really do hate them...

I hate that you keep saying that... I understand what ETS is to you, but to me, it means Estimated Time of Separation.

And that, my friend, is unhateable.

That cracked me up (considering my circumstances anyway). Thanks!
