Alright, Whenever I start up my windows vista laptop, it runs some usual startup and reaches a screen where it asks if id like it to start windows normally, or with a system fix. If I select normal, it runs the startup and brings me back to that screen, if I keep selecting it I just forever go back to that screen.

With the system fix, it loads all my files, then brings be to a blank, light blue screen.

Anyone know how I can fix this? because that gaming laptop has all my games...

I recommend the internet, rather than this forum. They're better qualified.

How long have you had this laptop? I had the same problem when it went into suspend while setting up my account on the first boot. Turns out the hard drive was bad anyway.

Sounds like a hard drive issue to me. This will probably require a professional to look at it.

Have you tried popping in the Vista disk and running the recovery program?
My laptop was a christmas present from my fiancé, vista came installed on it and without a spare disk.
