Help- Building A Gaming PC

So, I have about $1300 saved up to build a gaming rig. I'd like some help choosing out something on my budget. I can build one, but I'm quite lazy xD Still though, it's not out of the question. Thanks in advanced.

Also, I was looking at this, and wanted to know if it's worth the price.
