Hello, I am currently assembling a new desktop PC for gaming and I have come across a problem during the installation of Windows 7. The OS does not detect my installed hard drive even though it is detected by the bios. I'm thinking the problem can only be between the mother board and hard drive and Ive heard of connection issues between the 2 as well as some firmware that can fix it, but Ive come up empty handed so far. The motherboard is a Gigabyte GA-MA78LMT-S2 and the hard drive is a Samsung HD322GJ Spinpoint F4. If anyone has links to the nessesary drivers or software to get these to work I would be very appreciative. BTW, I do not have a floppy drive in my build and I don't plan to, so the solutions have to either come from a CD-ROM or USB Flash Stick.
