Help Escapists!

Hi guys,
For those of you who don't know (Probably most of you) I am in my dissertation year at Uni.
For my dissertation I am carrying out a e-questionnaire to gather data. Now I have made a Survey completely un-related to my dissertation so I can practice and get to grips with the software I am using before I get my real data.
So heres my request, Could you o so humble escapists please fiish my test survey so i can play with some results?
the Survey is very simple and relates to the Escapsit itself, how you found what games you like ETC.
I will post up the results I analyse for you to look at and discuss once i have the data.

I will be eternally grateful if you could all help me out with this!

NOTE: There are open questions on this survey, please do not be offensive on them.

EDIT: As I noobed on the rules what do you guys think of E-surveys in general? Do they annoy you or do you enjoy taking them? Do you think i made a bad choice of method?

EDIT: I know there are a lot of options missing, and I'm sorry that I missed them. (will add other option to consoles) But that is the only change I will make. But this is not to gain an "Accurate" represnetation of results but for me to analyse them.

(do keep in mind though, that a. this thread is slightly advertising-esque, which is against the rules, and b. there is no topic for discussion, which is also against the rules. Considering your request though, I think you'll get away with it this time)

edit: one thing about the survey - it has no option for "none" or "other" when asking which console we own.

Sorry I didn't realise that it would be against the rules, Though I am going to post up results for discussion however. And people can discuss what they thought of the questions if they like?

right, next time stick to continents instead of countries.
make sure you spell everything correctly.

I'd just like to re-emphasise that point here that I didn't do this to test the survey, but the ANALYTICAL tools on Surveymonkey.com The survey itself was rushed, the questions are completely different than what i will be using for my dissertation, and I've apologized for obvious mistakes already.

There is no reason to be offensive (Not you Lullabye but there has been a response or two)
