Help finding a minecraft mod?

I'm looking for a very particular mod. I don't know what it was called but I saw it only once- it did something to the world generation so that the land didn't spawn 'logically' anymore. Chunks of island would float in the sky, mountains would be irregular shapes, and terrains would sit upon one another.

Does anyone know of a mod like this? Paired with the Painterly pack it looked quite stunning.

Don't know of it myself, but this interests me as well. Minecrafts gets boring with its... blandness.
Somebody know please!

Best thing I've seen so far is putting 'Glacier' in the Seed section when you start a new map.
But I don't want to copy someone elses idea! Still looks awesome though...
