Help finding a musician

I'm trying to find the name of a musician but I can't remember the names of their songs or anything. All I remember is I enjoyed their stuff.

I think it was electronic and they had a persona of a mad scientist or something like that. Kinda dressed like Hugo Strange in Arkham City if I remember correctly.

I know it's not much to go on but I heard a song from them on this forum so hopefully my terrible description is enough to jog somebody's memory. If you help me out you win all the internets!
